TM120 created temporary ground protection for the movement of multiple heritage aircraft, including an English Electric Canberra. The move was completed and the ground was left undamaged.
The RAF Museum needed multiple heritage aircraft moved, including an English Electric Canberra. The route crossed grass and the adjoining road surface, bringing aircraft wheels, a tug and repeated manoeuvring into the same protected movement area.
The commercial requirement was straightforward: create a practical temporary route for the move while protecting the ground beneath it.
These photographs show the actual RAF Museum project. They are not stock images or a staged product demonstration.
The temporary route supported the planned aircraft movements and was removed afterwards. The underlying ground was left undamaged, so no ground reinstatement was required.
That is the outcome this project needed. We do not present it as a blanket guarantee for different ground, loads or site conditions.
