Include the council project lead and the contractor’s site contact in the brief. We can agree the matting scope, access arrangements, documentation and installation responsibilities with the relevant team.
What if we do not know the mat type or quantity?
Send a marked route or approximate area, ground photos, vehicle details and dates. TrackSpec can help with an indicative starting point. We review the information and identify what else is needed before a proposal.
Can we buy mats for repeat use?
Hire and purchase can both be considered. Ownership also needs storage, handling, cleaning and an installation plan. Compare hire and purchase options →
