TM200 is our MegaDeck HD+ composite matting system with MDX connections. Built for assessed heavy plant routes, utilities, energy and infrastructure projects, each machine-placed mat provides 7.85 m² of usable coverage in a connected layout. TrackMatz owns the stock and plans the matting, delivery, installation and recovery around your project.
Ground support, CBR, wheel or track loading, traffic, turning and layout determine suitability. TM200 is a product reference, not a vehicle-weight rating.

Supplier figures are product guidance, not universal site working limits. Low CBR, a concentrated footprint or repeated turning can make a much lighter vehicle unsuitable. TrackSpec and the project review qualify the complete route.
Ground evidence is part of the plan.
Share measured CBR where available, surface photographs, drainage and any rutting or loss of support. CBR is ground evidence; it is not a vehicle weight limit.

The connection is a defining part of TM200. Overlapping flanges and MDX locking pins join adjoining MegaDeck HD+ mats into the planned layout. The pin, locking foot and T-bar operation are shown below.

THE MDX PIN
An aluminium-alloy core is protected by an engineered polymer casing. Visible locked and unlocked markings give the installation crew a reference when checking each connection.

HOW THE LOCK HOLDS
The pin passes through the overlapping flanges. Its large locking foot secures both adjoining mats, with pin holes machined into the mat so a separate cam mechanism is not required.

TWIST. LOCK. CHECK.
A T-bar tool twists the pin to lock it. The crew checks engagement, locked-state indication and mat alignment against the applicable installation guidance before the route is released for its agreed use.

The right kit for the configuration.
The proposal identifies the mat layout, required MDX pins, installation tools and agreed edge transitions. Connector positions and quantities follow the confirmed configuration. At approximately 465 kg per mat, mechanical placement requires suitable lifting equipment and a competent crew.
Connections are part of the complete matting system. Ground support, contact loads and the installed configuration still require assessment. Inspection, maintenance and recovery arrangements form part of the project plan.

Signature Systems publishes 600 psi pressure guidance for MegaDeck HD+, dependent on subsurface conditions. This is not a gross vehicle-weight or site working limit. Ground evidence, contact loads, traffic and configuration require project assessment.
Two vehicles with the same loaded weight can apply very different wheel or track pressures. Ground strength, support, axle loading, contact area, turning, traffic frequency and time in use all affect the assessment.
