What the TM120 is built for. And what needs another answer.
TM120 is TrackMatz's heavy-duty roadway panel. Supplier guidance references loads up to 60 tonnes and vehicles up to 100 tonnes, but the ground, vehicle or track footprint, turning, traffic frequency, duration and route preparation decide whether it is the right system.

- Long-duration heavy traffic without base preparation and maintenance.
- Any selection based only on a headline tonne figure.
Supplier figures are product guidance, not universal site working limits. Low CBR can make a much lighter vehicle unsuitable. TrackSpec and the project review qualify the complete route.

Mechanically connected for the agreed layout.
Metal straps and M16 bolts connect adjacent panels. The layout, connector quantity and installation method are planned around the route and expected movement.
The strap bridges adjacent connection points and helps control relative movement across the planned layout.
M16 bolts secure the connector straps. The installation team tightens and checks the fixings as part of the agreed method.
The connector mix follows the design.
The proposal identifies the agreed mat and connector layout. Lost or damaged items are handled under the quoted hire terms.
Machine placement is required. TrackMatz can plan delivery, installation, inspection and uplift as one service.
Machine-placed by trained personnel. At 295 kg per panel, TM120 requires a HIAB or heavy-duty forklift. The route is graded and levelled as required, with geotextile ideally used beneath the panels.
What 60 tonnes and 100 tonnes mean on real ground.
