These are TrackMatz selection estimates, not verified load capacities. A competent assessment must consider measured site California Bearing Ratio (CBR), ground formation, loaded vehicle and axle weights, wheel or track contact area, traffic frequency, turning and layout. CBR alone does not establish an allowable vehicle weight. These mats require continuous, sound support and must not bridge holes or unsupported ground. Suitability may be below the displayed range, or the mat may be unsuitable.
Heavy or repeated traffic, soft or waterlogged ground, steel tracks, crane outriggers and concentrated loads require a separate technical assessment. No minimum CBR threshold or CBR-to-tonnage table has been validated for the displayed estimates.
The site operator must verify actual ground conditions and ensure installation and use follow the agreed specification before traffic is permitted. These estimates do not replace a site assessment, temporary works design or approval to use. Nothing in this guidance excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
