TM200 is the Isokon Isotrack X, our flagship composite system for heavy plant routes, energy and infrastructure projects, and assessed crane access. Isokon publishes load-bearing guidance in excess of 200 tonnes, subject to ground conditions. CBR, load footprint, traffic, turning, duration, preparation and layout determine site suitability. TrackMatz owns the fleet and can plan delivery and installation.

What the TM200 is built for. And what needs another answer.
TM200 is the highest-capacity composite system in the TrackMatz fleet. Isokon's product guidance is strong, but the complete route and operating conditions decide whether it is the right system.

- Raw saturated ground, standing water or a route with no practical preparation.
- Long-duration heavy traffic without inspection and maintenance.
- Any selection based only on the 200-tonne or 605-psi headline figure.
Supplier figures are product guidance, not universal site working limits. Low CBR, a concentrated footprint or repeated turning can make a much lighter vehicle unsuitable. TrackSpec and the project review qualify the complete route.

The Four3 connector. Included with every hire.
The TM200 uses Isokon's patented Four3 connector pin system. Sixteen connection holes and 200 mm overlaps provide configuration options for temporary roads, working areas and junction layouts.

The Four3 connector pin drops through the overlap laps and a one-eighth turn secures adjoining mats. Connectors are included with every hire, with quantity and placement matched to the agreed configuration.

The connector head sits in a shallow recess to reduce trip and snag risk. Installation checks confirm that each connector is fully engaged.
Included and matched to the design.
The proposal identifies the agreed mat, connector and installation layout. The required Four3 connectors are included with every hire. Lost or damaged items are handled under the agreed hire terms.
A dedicated installation tool sets each connector. TrackMatz can plan delivery, installation, inspection and uplift as one service.

What “in excess of 200 tonnes” means on real ground.
Isokon publishes load-bearing capacity in excess of 200 tonnes, with an explicit note that the figure depends on ground conditions. It also publishes a compressive capacity of 415 tonnes/m² (605 psi) without deformation or breakage.
Those are product figures, not automatic permission to run that weight on a project. CBR, load footprint, traffic, turning, duration, preparation and layout determine whether TM200 is suitable.
